Transaction Advisory Services Associate / Senior Associate
Philadelphia, PA | Hybrid Schedule (4 days in office)

A rapidly growing, private equity-backed advisory firm is expanding its Transaction Advisory Services team and seeking Associates and Senior Associates who want to work directly with clients, leadership, and cross-functional advisory teams on high-impact transactions.

What You'll Be Doing
- Execute buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements
- Perform Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Net Debt analyses
- Analyze historical and projected financial performance
- Identify key transaction risks and value drivers
- Prepare executive-level reports and client presentations
- Participate in management meetings and transaction discussions
- Review purchase agreements and key customer/vendor contracts
- Support post-transaction value creation initiatives and integration efforts
- Work alongside clients throughout critical stages of the deal process
Ideal Background (Hiring at both levels):
Associate Level
- 1 year of Financial Due Diligence experience OR
- 2 years of Big 4 Audit experience
Senior Associate Level
- 3 years of Financial Due Diligence experience
Additional Qualifications:
- Active CPA required
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Experience with Quality of Earnings, Working Capital, and Net Debt analyses
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Client-facing communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Tableau and Alteryx experience are a plus
