Strategic Finance Manager - FP&A

Instead, the position focuses on helping leadership evaluate risk, profitability, pricing, and long-term business strategy through advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze financial and operational performance to support strategic business decisions
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks
- Partner with commercial, operational, and executive leadership teams to provide actionable financial insights
- Evaluate market trends, pricing dynamics, and margin performance
- Support decision-making related to purchasing strategies, inventory management, capital investments, and operational initiatives
- Assess financial risk exposure and provide recommendations to improve business outcomes
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Serve as a key finance business partner across multiple departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Experience in commodity, energy finance and/or hedging analysis preferred
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills
- Experience translating complex financial data into business recommendations
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in FP&A, strategic finance, commercial finance, operational finance, or risk management
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
