What you'll own:
All HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR analytics.
Strategic HR partnership directly with firm Partners and leadership. Firm administration, operational support, and internal process improvements. Day-to-day employee issue management and HR guidance across the firm.
- Oversee all HR functions for the firm as the sole HR professional
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance
- Handle HR reporting, analytics, and operational support
- Partner directly with leadership on HR strategy and organizational needs
- Address employee issues and guide on HR matters
- Support firm administration and operational initiatives
- Assist with process improvements and internal operations
- Maintain strong communication and professionalism across the organization
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience professional services environment is strongly preferred
- Ability to operate independently as the firm's HR leader
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, comfortable presenting to executive leadership team, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable balancing both HR and operational responsibilities
- Experience supporting growing professional services firm
- HR analytics and reporting experience
- Experience handling employee relations issues independently
- Ability to manage and oversee firm-wide benefits administration, leave of absence program & total rewards
- Ability to be a strategic HR leader taking full responsibility for the scope of the work
Desired Computer and Software Skills:
Proficient with MS Office Suite including Advanced Excel
Candidate Management System such as ICIMS or Workday
