Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee field accounting operations including month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals (direct and indirect reports)
- Drive improvements in close timelines, accuracy, and accounting efficiency
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies
- Partner closely with operations leadership to provide financial insight and support decision-making
- Standardize accounting processes across decentralized business units
- Support ERP optimization and broader finance transformation initiatives
- Serve as escalation point for complex accounting and operational issues
- Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Corporate Accounting, and IT
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive accounting experience
- Prior experience managing accounting teams
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, month-end close, and internal controls
- Experience working in operationally complex multi entity environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to partner effectively with operations leadership
- Ability to translate accounting concepts into operational impact and business insights
Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
