About the Role
The Payroll Manager will oversee payroll operations, ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions, improve processes, and lead a high-performing payroll function supporting an international workforce.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries.
- Manage relationships with third-party payroll providers and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing.
- Lead, coach, and develop payroll team members.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and Accounting to improve payroll processes and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable payroll tax regulations and employment laws.
- Oversee payroll reconciliations, funding, tax filings, and year-end reporting.
- Support internal and external audits while maintaining strong payroll controls.
- Analyze payroll data, identify process improvements, and implement operational efficiencies.
- Maintain payroll systems and vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance.
- Ensure accurate processing of bonus, incentive, and other special payroll transactions.
Qualifications
- 5 years of progressive payroll experience.
- Demonstrated experience managing global payroll operations.
- Hands-on experience with ADP payroll platforms is required.
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll environments.
- Previous experience leading payroll operations and/or supervising a payroll team.
- Strong knowledge of payroll tax compliance and payroll controls.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
