Key Responsibilities
Dayforce HRIS Administration & System Optimization
- Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for the Dayforce Human Resources Information System (HRIS), managing system configuration, security, functionality, and ongoing maintenance across multiple modules.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HR processes, workflows, and system capabilities to enhance the employee and manager experience.
- Partner with Human Resources, Payroll, IT, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency, accuracy, and operational effectiveness.
- Lead system upgrades, releases, testing, and integrations to ensure system stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain the integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of employee data within Dayforce.
- Develop and deliver meaningful reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics that provide visibility into key HR metrics and support business decision-making.
- Leverage data insights to help HR leadership identify trends, measure performance, and drive strategic initiatives.
Business Partnership & User Support
- Collaborate with HR Operations and business leaders to understand organizational needs and translate business requirements into scalable Dayforce solutions.
- Troubleshoot system issues, coordinate with vendors as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact for Dayforce support and system-related inquiries.
- Deliver training, guidance, and ongoing support to HR users, promoting effective adoption and utilization of Dayforce functionality.
Process Improvement & HR Technology
- Support HR transformation initiatives by aligning Dayforce capabilities with evolving business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the employee lifecycle through innovative system solutions.
- Partner with HR leadership to execute strategic HR technology projects that improve processes, strengthen system capabilities, and drive continuous improvement across the HR function.
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
