Global Payroll Manager (UK and France experience)
Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Reports to: Director, Accounting
Salary: $130k bonus
Summary:
Seeking a Global Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations for approximately 500 employees across seven countries. This role manages the payroll team and vendor partners, ensures accurate and compliant payroll processing, and partners with HR, Accounting, and IT to maintain efficient payroll systems and reporting.
Responsibilities:
Lead global payroll operations and manage the payroll team
Ensure accurate processing of payroll, taxes, benefits, and deductions
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
Manage payroll audits, reconciliations, and SOX documentation
Oversee year-end payroll activities and tax form distribution
Partner with HR, Accounting, and IT to support payroll systems and integrations
Manage relationships with external payroll vendors
Qualifications:
8–10 years of payroll experience, including global payroll
Team management experience
Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and Workday HCM
Multi-state payroll experience
Advanced Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet payroll deadlines
You will have 2 Reports from Europe. (UK and France)
