Technical Staffing Manager – Data Centers & Engineering
Full-Time | Dallas, TX
Salary $65,000 (DOE)
We are seeking a motivated Technical Staffing Manager to support our Data Center & Engineering division. This hybrid role blends business development, recruiting, operations, and workforce management for technical environments.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow accounts within data centers, critical facilities, and engineering sectors
- Recruit and place technical roles: Data Center Technicians, Network Techs/Engineers, Low-Voltage & Fiber Techs, HVAC/Controls Techs, Mechanical/Electrical Engineers, IT Support, and more
- Manage client relationships, site visits, onboarding, timekeeping, and compliance
- Lead a small team of recruiters or on-site staff
- Ensure quality, safety, and service delivery standards are consistently met
Requirements
- 3 years in technical staffing, IT/engineering recruiting, or skilled trades staffing
- Strong business development or account management experience
- Knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, or low-voltage systems a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
