Job Description:
XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking an experienced Cabinet Painter for a cabinet manufacturing facility in Cedar Hill, TX. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with spray painting in a production or industrial environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and masking as needed
- Apply paint or finishing materials using spray guns or automated spraying systems
- Inspect finished work to ensure smooth, uniform coverage and high-quality finish
- Maintain and clean spray painting equipment
- Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment
Requirements:
- Previous spray painting experience required
- Familiarity with paint mixing and application techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Must be reliable and able to follow instructions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
