Large International Manufacturing company located in Battle Creek Michigan is looking for a Materials / Packaging Supervisor
JOB DUITES
- Schedule and coordinate all outbound shipments to customers, as well as, intercompany shipments and all material movements between our plant and the corporate office
- Lead and manage packaging related engineering projects supporting manufacturing and logistics operations
- Support materials and operations team to oversee proper functioning of the material movement within the warehouse.
- Own cost saving initiatives, supports new program launches and drive engineering changes and processes streamlining to improve efficiency, quality safety, and cost performance
- Analyze movement errors and support all plant personnel performing inventory analysis by supporting specific tasks as required.
REQUIRED
- 4 years’ working in Materials in a plant manufacturing environment
- 1 year packaging experience
- Experience in material flow, inventory control, shipping and receiving, ERP systems, and customer/ supplier relations
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
