Large International automotive manufacturing Company located in the South Columbus Ohio area is looking for a Production Manager
JOB DUTIES
- Directs and coordinates production processes, and, operational functions to achieve goals and optimal production performance
- Assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment and operating procedures
- Oversee production orders or schedules to maintain product data (quantities & specifications) of products as well as the scheduling of delivery dates
- Supervise all production operations such as machining, processing, and assembly.
- Oversees the functions of all production activities to ensure compliance with all performance and safety standards as well as to prevent the production of defective products.
Education/Training:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing and supervision
- Should have strong knowledge of maintaining raw materials, production processes, quality control and costs
