Large International Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company located in Massillon Ohio is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer that will be responsible for the technical ownership, stability, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes within the plant
- Maintain process parameters for all production lines.
- Improve manufacturing process capability throughout the facility.
- Ensure process documentation and provide technical support during process deviations.
- Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives
- Reduce scrap, monitor cycle time optimization while reviewing overall equipment effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years of process engineering experience working in manufacturing environment
- Statistical process control (SPC)
- Lean / Six Sigma tools
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
