Large Manufacturing Company located in Sedalia Missouri is in need of a Lean / Continuous Improvement Engineer.
- Responsible for lean efforts throughout the facility by supporting teams to achieve higher levels of performance and improving productivity.
- Innovate processes to positively impact profitable growth, zero defects, and delivery.
- Help identify, plan, and implement lean projects within the company, being mindful of H&S&E, cost benefits implications and productivity impacts
- Facilitates kaizen and lean events across the sites.
- Reviews performance indicators (KPI's) for each area and identify projects to introduce improvements.
Education / Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree
- 1 Years Experience working in Manufacturing environment
- 1 in Lean / Continuous Improvement
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
