Multi-Billion Dollar International Manufacturing company located in Muskogee Oklahoma is looking for a Plant Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for organizing, leading, and managing the overall plant operations.
- Maintain and create a culture of continuous improvement to drive year over year improvements by using such lean tools as policy deployment, 5S, standard work, kaizen, and process confirmation etc.
- Coordinates and directs through managers, all functions of facility operations, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Materials, and Finance.
- Develops, controls, and critically reviews results of operation in reference to planned objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- 10 years working in a plant manufacturing environment.
- 5 years working in a manufacturing leadership role
- P&L responsibility with success achieving KPIs and performance targets
- Experience working in a Union environment
Salary : $150,000 - $170,000
