Requirements:
• Availability to work site during key project deliverables and to attend
meetings at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
• Experience in Oracle Peoplesoft Financials in Public Sector (7
years);
• Experience in the functional use of Oracle Peoplesoft Financials on
at least two project implementations within the last 5 years;
• Experience with business system integration with Oracle PeopleSoft
Financials.
Preferred:
• Experience in Project Management and risk identification (2
years);
• Experience documenting business process needs and system
requirements;
• Experience in overseeing testing, data migration, and deployment
activities;
• Experience assessing the current OSCA business systems to
determine fit or gaps with the PALM system functionality;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials Grants module;
• Experience in data flow and integrating PeopleSoft Financial
modules -- GL, PO, AP, AM, AR, PR, and CM;
• Experience in Peoplesoft Financials core and modular configuration.

accomplish tasks assigned by the Florida PALM project;
• Facilitates the OSCA business transformation, optimization, and
onboarding to the Florida PALM Project;
• Makes recommendations on systems process analysis, design, and
simulation;
• Provides input and supports planning and prioritization for business
process-related activities;
• Provides advice and leadership on future use of technology and
business process improvements.

Compensation: $50.00 per hour
