A reasonable estimate of the current range is $108,000 to $198,000.

Work You'll Do
As a Workday Student Financials Implementation Lead on our Human Capital team, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of Workday Student Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, user training, and post-production support
- Translate business requirements into system configurations and process changes, leveraging deep knowledge of Workday Student Financials (Tuition Calculation, Billing, Payments, Financial Aid integration, etc.)
- Serve as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, IT, vendors, and project teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals and delivery timelines

Qualifications
Required:
- 5 years of professional experience; preferably with Workday
- 2 years of experience with the full lifecycle implementation of the Workday Student Financials module
- Actively Workday Student Financials certified
- Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel up to 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Preferred:
- Experience with Workday reporting preferred
