Position: ServiceNow QA
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Remote)

Job Description:
Day-to-Day Job Duties:
- Meet with the client to gather requirements, provide recommendations and report status
- Analyze requirements to identify recommended test plans
- Meet with the developers to gather relevant information for creating test plans, test data, etc.
- Develop test plans
- Develop test data
- Execute tests
- Provide test results to the developers
- Re-test as necessary
Basic Qualifications follow:
- Must have a minimum of 5 years total ServiceNow experience.
- Must have at least 4 years' experience testing ServiceNow
- Must have at least 2 years of light ServiceNow development experience
- Scrum – Experience with the Scrum process of at least 2 years
- Excellent problem solving skills
- ITIL – General knowledge is nice to have
Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
