Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:
- Communicate promptly with clients, third party service providers, and partners
- Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags
- Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
- Mentor 1-2 Jr Processors as they learn how to be successful in the role
- Track loan in process to ensure on time closings
- Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Yearly pay range between $56,000 - $110,000
- Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar mortgage processing role
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
- Organization - Organization - Organization
- Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
- Thorough understanding of mortgage loan guidelines
- Positive attitude with willingness to have patience with newbies
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
Salary : $56,000 - $110,000
