Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:
- Communicate promptly with clients, teammates, and partners
- Answer phone calls, greet in person, and monitor all incoming faxes
- Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
- Follow up with clients and third party service providers
- Keep office organized, decorated, and supplies stocked
- Schedule appointments and track company use of conference rooms, tools, etc.
- Pay rate is around $20/hr
- Some similar administrative/office assistant experience is preferred but not required.
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC - not MAC for this role).
- Organization - Organization - Organization.
- Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
- Incredibly positive attitude with the willingness to de-escalate complaints if necessary.
- Great handwriting with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment.
- A work hard, play hard mentality!
