Our Processors at X2 Mortgage are the core to a successful loan closing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring loans close quickly and efficiently with minimal friction. Primarily focusing on obtaining and submitting documentation in a timely manner no matter what it takes.

Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:
- Communicate promptly with clients and partners
- Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags
- Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
- Follow up with clients and third party service providers
- Track loan in process to ensure on time closings
- Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Yearly pay range between $46,000 - $103,600
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a similar mortgage processing role
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
- Organization - Organization - Organization
- Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
- General understanding of mortgage loan guidelines
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
- A positive yet work hard, play hard mentality!
Salary : $46,000 - $103,600
