Our Junior Processors at X2 Mortgage are the building blocks to a successful loan closing. In this role, you’ll be responsible for learning and getting the hang of how we process loans quickly and efficiently. Primarily ensuring that the necessary documents are collected and submitted in a timely manner.

Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To:
- Communicate promptly with clients and partners
- Thoroughly review sensitive documentation scanning for any red flags
- Prepare, scan, and organize all files and documents
- Follow up with clients and third party service providers
- Track loan in process to ensure on time closings
- Obtain final loan approvals as quickly and efficiently as possible
- Yearly pay range between $36,000 - $64,000
- Some mortgage experience is preferred but not required
- Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!)
- Organization - Organization - Organization
- Willingness to think out of the box when figuring out solutions to new problems
- Positive attitude with the willingness to learn
- Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
- A work hard, play hard mentality!
Salary : $36,000 - $64,000
