Job Summary
Order Processors are responsible for timely and accurate project documentation, communication, and implementation of residential flooring projects from start to finish. Processors serve both our internal and external customers: fulfilling customers’ needs first while maintaining profitability on each project. Successful candidates are flexible, helpful, and open-minded. Must be able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. Attention to detail, ability to work as part of a team, willingness to take direction, learn from others, and have a strong mutual respect for their co-workers is mandatory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Processors are responsible for handling and managing data, documents, and transactions in operating systems.
- Verify job scope and documentation from sales teams for accuracy, including material, labor, contracts, purchase orders, billing totals, etc.
- Utilizing customers’ computer scheduling program keeping Installation Coordinators apprised of changes.
- Generate clear and concise diagrams to communicate full scope to production teams.
- Prepare for and resolve unexpected circumstances such as product delays and failure, subfloor issues, added scope, change orders, etc.
- Communicate technical information, progress, and expectations to builders, customers, production, and sales teams throughout the process.
- Participate in continuing training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge of technical aspect of installation, knowledge of new processing systems and tools.

- Ability to read, comprehend, write and speak clearly
- Proficient in all Microsoft Products: Outlook, Excel, Word
- General understanding of basic computer operations
- Understand and implement basic math skills
- Infallible attendance and impeccable work ethic
- A background in construction and flooring installation is preferred
