This entry-level role is designed for individuals interested in launching a long-term career in sales, customer service, or account management.During a structured 3–6 month paid training program, the Trainee will rotate through multiple departments—including Warehouse and Production—to gain a full understanding of how products are received, processed, and delivered. This hands-on learning will equip the Trainee with the knowledge needed to confidently support inside sales or transition into an outside sales role.This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking mentorship, career growth, and a strong foundation in relationship-based sales.Essential Duties & Responsibilities• Participate in a comprehensive training program to learn the company’s products, services, processes, and distribution model.• Complete cross-department rotations, including Warehouse and Production, to understand product flow and operational procedures.• Help create awareness and demand for company products and services through outbound outreach and relationship development.• Identify potential customers using business directories, referrals, industry associations, community networks, and trade events.• Communicate product benefits, pricing, and solutions tailored to customer needs.• Support quoting activities by preparing accurate pricing, configurations, and documentation.• Maintain ongoing communication with internal teams to ensure alignment with sales goals and marketing initiatives.• Monitor market conditions, product trends, and competitor offerings.• Conduct follow-ups with clients after sales orders or agreements to ensure satisfaction and provide support.• Participate in sales initiatives, marketing activities, and special projects as assigned.Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred; current students graduating in May/June 2025 are encouraged to apply.• Strong interest in relationship-based sales and business development.• Ability to build rapport, maintain professional relationships, and communicate confidently.• Flexible, creative, and comfortable working in a developing, fast-paced environment.• Able to think strategically and “outside the box” when presenting solutions to customers.• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Word; familiarity with Excel, PowerPoint, or Teams is a plus.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
