What You'll Do
- Create awareness and demand for the company's products and services
- Identify potential opportunities and effectively communicating benefits and opportunities available to meet needs and interests
- Maintain communications with USD personnel to ensure efforts are in line with objectives
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing customers, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Call on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information, and quoting appropriate customer prices
- Maintain all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of various relationship sales techniques
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships
- Flexible, creative, and able to work in a non-structured developing work environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Word. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, or Teams a plus.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills, including well-developed presentation skills
- Excellent customer relationship skills
