Job Title: Office SpecialistLocation: Santa Ana, CA 92704Position Type: Full-Time, 100% Onsite, M-F 7am-4pmPay: $21.00/hourStart Date: Immediately after in-person interview (early next week)Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Specialist to join our team in Santa Ana. This full-time, onsite role is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, administrative procedures, and support functions to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety. You’ll be a key player in supporting daily operations and maintaining a productive office environment.Essential Job Functions:Organize and streamline office operations and administrative proceduresManage cash and credit card transactions; maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reportsServe as the main point of contact for office maintenance, mail, shipping, supplies, billing, and errandsDevelop and maintain effective intra-office communication protocolsOversee inventory control and ensure supplies are well-stockedProvide receptionist coverage as neededSupervise, train, and support the receptionistPerform other administrative duties as assignedWork mandatory overtime as requiredQualifications:2–3 years of experience as an Office Manager or Administrative AssistantProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and general office equipmentStrong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced settingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience managing a variety of administrative tasks simultaneouslyReliable, punctual, and able to effectively communicate with employees at all levels Company DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
