Data Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:• Review company records for completeness and accuracy• Validate company names and addresses for proper formatting and consistency• Identify and resolve duplicate records• Review parent company structures and consolidate entries as needed• Classify dealer types, business subtypes, and OEM designations• Assist with manual updates and alignment of billing IDs• Maintain clear documentation and logs of updates• Work with team members to resolve unclear or conflicting data pointsQualifications:• Background in data entry, data validation, or database work preferred• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets)• Able to follow detailed procedures and standard workflow processes• Excellent organizational and time-management skillsWork Environment:• Ability to work independently and with a team• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periodsCompany DescriptionOur Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
