Pay Range: $23.00 – $27.00/hr. D.O.E.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment schedules, and managing communications between candidates and hiring teams to ensure an efficient and positive hiring experience.
The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and people-focused, with the ability to build strong relationships and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews efficiently for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with department managers and supervisors to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source, screen, and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment data within the ATS.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, referrals, local organizations, job fairs, and trade schools.
- Participate in community and campus recruiting events to attract talent.
- Support onboarding preparation and administrative hiring activities as needed.
- Generate ad-hoc recruiting reports and maintain accurate records of candidate activity.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience recruiting or sourcing talent in both technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience with high-volume recruiting in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and commitment to delivering an excellent candidate experience.
