Duties
· Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting visitors and handling inquiries professionally
· Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
· Perform data entry, maintain accurate filing systems, and manage document proofreading
· Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and QuickBooks for billing
· Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing office supplies
· Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and prompt response to inquiries
· Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar software to track expenses and invoices
· Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring timely completion of administrative projects
Skills
· Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
· Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry systems
· Familiarity with QuickBooks
· Strong phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
· Ability to prioritize tasks effectively with exceptional time management skills
