What are the responsibilities and job description for the EDI Coordinator position at WOTM - Partners Professional?
EDI Coordinator will be responsible for processing daily EDI orders, set up and maintain Customer EDI requirements. Coordinate inbound and outbound EDI document. Located in Algona, WA Direct hire Offering $27-30/hr.
Duties:
- EDI Mapping, EDI Account set up and maintenance.
- Process daily EDI incoming orders, order acknowledgements, etc.
- Process, monitor and distribute inbound and outbound EDI documents.
- Maintain EDI customer accounts, pricing, style number set up and general account maintenance.
- Additional tasks and projects as assigned by Customer Service Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 2 years EDI experience
- EDI Mapping, EDI Account set up and maintenance
- Outlook, Excel and other platforms with accurate, advanced typing skills
- In depth knowledge of EDI applications
- Experience working with EDI Managed services
- Detailed orientated, technical abilities and able to handle high volumes of work
- Flexibility to work overtime hours and other schedules depending upon business needs
- Work independently as well as a team in a busy office setting
- Can problem solve and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
