Worksource Oregon is partnering with a Wilsonville, OR employer who is looking for a temporary administrative professional to assist in supporting a college and careers program. Position is estimated to be about 6 months.
JOB DUTIES
- Maintain and update tracking and reporting data in Excel using established systems
- Support internal communications through email and phone outreach regarding training approvals, registrations, and program updates
- Partner with the Senior Administrative Assistant and program team for daily coordination
- Assist with program logistics and administrative workflows
- Support organization and consistency across program operations
- Potentially assist with outreach and coordination with community colleges over time
REQUIREMENTS
- 3 months of coordinator, clerical, or administrative experience
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Comfortable using Excel for basic tracking and reporting
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional setting
- Manage routine tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- This employer will perform a background check
HOURS
- Full time, 6 months temporary position
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours
