We are a small, steady 33 year old medical manufacturing business that operates with the vision of long-term sustainability. We are an independently owned, women-led manufacturing and production shop where management and production work side-by-side. We provide training and solid benefits.
We are seeking a Shipping, Production and Administrative Assistant to join our team!

Full-time: Monday - Friday 7:15 am - 3:45 pm
Starting salary range: $49,920 - $52,000 per year Depending on experience
Job layout and duties:
- 40-50% Bagging, boxing orders and shipping.
- 50-60% Acquiring knowledge and experience with our production procedures and systems for providing administrative support.
Production:
- 'Dirty area' includes preparing product for welding and then finishing using machines such as debur grinders, die grinders and stationary belt sanding.
- 'Clean area' includes industrial sewing machines, sitting to prepare fleece for gluing, sitting and standing tasks using hands, and standing to glue and finish product.
- Complete administrative tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Experienced in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Experience typing with attention to detail and accuracy
- To have an aptitude for discernment, critical reasoning and discretion.
- To work on your feet for 60-90 minutes at a time and lift/shift up to 30 pounds throughout the workday.
- To work well independently and as part of a team
- Machine noise-tolerant; this is a light manufacturing and light, non-assembly line production job shop.
