- Assist clients/public in person and by telephone
- Manage accounts receivable; maintain and report office cash fund
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Perform data entry; typing; scanning and filing documents; filing legal notices/agenda columns
- Set up departmental meetings and serve as recording secretary
- Assist in the County mailroom
- Assist with department projects

- At least four years related work experience which includes supervisory and/or program management experience.
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field and two years progressively responsible work experience in office management, program management and/or supervisory experience.
- At time of appointment, must possess valid Oregon drivers license
- Regular and consistent attendance
