Psychologist, LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) or MHP (Medical Health Prescriber)

This mental health provider is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. Looking for a Psychologist, LCSW or MH Prescriber who is currently licensed in Oregon. Their focus is to provide therapy as well as assessment, diagnosis, & treatment for geriatric patients in their homes, via telehealth, or in shared office space. All providers can work remotely from home offices. Home visits may be required in some cases in & around the Salem, Oregon area. Each provider has the flexibility to manage their own schedule & ratio of in-person ~ vs ~ remote visit caseload. Attendance at monthly case consultation meetings is highly encouraged to promote a team atmosphere as well as sharing challenging cases for input and / or advice. Professional liability insurance, EHR (electronic health record) as well as administrative & billing support are provided by the clinic in most cases.

Minimum Requirements:

-Master's degree in social work or psychology field

-Licensed in Oregon w/ appropriate professional board

-Valid Oregon driver license & transportation meet w/ clients

Preferred (not required):

-Professional experience w/ geriatric behavioral health service provision

Job Duties:

-Provide psychological / therapeutic services to such patients as shall be assigned by employer

-Ensure patient coverage by employer, reschedule patients, or enlist admin support assistance in rescheduling patients immediately upon notice of unavailability due to sickness or emergency

-Comply w/ federal & state laws governing the practice of professional services & shall comply w/ employer's working rules / regulations; however, clinician shall use knowledge from professional training & judgment in the treatment of patients assigned

-Services will be rendered in the home of the assigned patient, in clinic office or via the clinic provided EHR

-Clinicians will abide by & adhere to all ethical & patient privacy standards as determined by state / federal laws, standards & regulations as well as professional organizations that determine such standards for professional certifications & licenses

-Perform other duties as assigned

Employer Notes:

-Commute to Salem, Oregon & surrounding areas

-Elect to work additional dates / times as permitted by employer; notify employer in advance of clinician's vacation schedule

-Determine those days that clinician will work & provide the employer w/ reasonable notice of the clinician's schedule

-Employer conducts a background check prior to first day of employment

Pay / Benefits:

-Up to $150,000 annually for full-time case load

-Compensation split 70 / 30

-Flexible schedule & service location

-Full admin & billing support

-Provided professional liability insurance, not available for contractors

-Retirement plan access after six (6) months for employees, not available for contractors

-Onsite shared office space & conference room available
