Worksource Oregon is partnering with a Wilsonville, OR employer looking for a temporary designer to work with cross functional teams to assist in transforming existing training materials into interactive e-learning modules that drive engagement. Position is estimated to be 6 months but could extend longer or convert to full time if business needs warranted.
JOB DUTIES
- Translate existing training content into engaging, user-friendly e-learning modules
- Partner with internal stakeholders to enhance and standardize training delivery
- Guide subject matter experts on structuring content for effective e-learning experiences
- Collaborate with teams across varying levels of readiness and support needs
- Ensure consistency and usability across all training materials
- Work independently while managing project timelines and deliverables
REQUIREMENTS
- 2 years plus of experience in e-learning design
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Work independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with Articulate and/or Adobe Captivate
- Handle sensitive or confidential information in a professional setting
- Strong PowerPoint skills for developing and adapting content
PREFERENCES
- Familiarity with Canva
HOURS: Full time, Monday through Friday day shift
