Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative footwear designs.
  • Create detailed sketches and technical specifications for production.
  • Conduct market research to inform design decisions.
  • Maintain awareness of current fashion trends related to men's footwear.
  • Ensure designs meet quality and material standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Associate's Degree in fashion, footwear, or industrial design.
  • 2 years of experience in Men’s Footwear Design or Industrial Design.
  • Exceptional hand sketching and traditional footwear development skills.
  • Proficiency with Digital Design Platforms (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of color and materials in relation to men’s fashion and footwear.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
