Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Strategy leaders to develop five-year financial plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts
- Own and manage business line P&Ls, including bookings, revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and overall profitability
- Deliver performance reviews, variance analysis, and KPI reporting to commercial leadership with clear insights and recommendations
- Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and scenario analyses to support data-driven decision-making
- Guide business partners through governance processes, including business cases for headcount and investment requests
- 5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partnering, ideally supporting Sales and Marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- MBA preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills; Tableau experience preferred; SQL and/or VBA familiarity a plus
