Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests via phone and deskside support
- Gather relevant information to diagnose issues and provide resolution at first contact when possible
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support teams and track through resolution
- Support end users with desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral hardware and software issues
- Utilize remote support tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
- 1–3 years of experience in an IT support or help desk role
- 1–3 years of call center or customer-facing technical support experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10, Windows 11, and Windows services)
- Familiarity with macOS and/or Linux is a plus
- Experience using remote desktop and remote support tools
- Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues
- Basic understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Proficiency with Active Directory for user account, group, and permission management
- CompTIA A certification preferred
