- Examine and measure prototypes, fit, and production samples for accurate execution of requested measurements and quality.
- Aid designers in achieving the desired point of view of garments by creating technical packages and evaluating overall fit.
- Represent company interests in ensuring universal and consistent fit and proper construction.
- Liaise with design and production to communicate the company’s point of view to vendors.
- Lead fit sessions and maintain fit standards through written reports and records.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and education.
- 5 years of related experience; pattern skills required; intimates experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to partner across multiple departments and internal business partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and detail-oriented.
