Responsibilities
- Manage information for development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with cross-functional partners.
- Partner with Design to drive trends/concepts to executable samples and select fabrics and trims.
- Manage compliance to T&A calendar and development ratios to meet roadmap needs.
- Execute sourcing strategy, manage factory allocation, and address production challenges with external partners.
- Own seasonal costing activities, ensuring alignment with IMU goals and addressing costing issues.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent
- 5 years related experience, with a focus on Intimates
- Ability to efficiently prioritize multiple tasks
- Must possess negotiation skills
