Responsibilities
- Support the Men’s Accessories Design team during all stages of the design process across various categories.
- Collaborate with the Design Director to conduct market research and create mood boards for presentations.
- Work with the design team to produce sketches, illustrations, and technical drawings for men’s accessories.
- Facilitate the creation of technical drawings and specifications for full-price bags and small leather goods (SLGs).
- Maintain communication with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure clarity in design specifications.
- 2-5 years of Accessories Design or related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Accessories Design.
- Strong technical knowledge of bag construction and proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and PLM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with acute attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and deadline-driven environment.
