Responsibilities
- Coordinate information for development of new styles from concept to production via interaction with internal and external cross functional partners.
- Ensure compliance to T&A calendar and major milestones by working with cross-functional team; elevate issues as needed.
- Gather data and report development ratios to agreed levels and manage record keeping for packages dispatched.
- Interface with cross functional team members to ensure approval deadlines are met and review outstanding production issues.
- Communicate daily with overseas vendors regarding style development, production, and delivery information.
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or equivalent.
- 2-4 years production/product development experience.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to act as liaison between many departments.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Experience in digital PLM systems, Google Drive, and Gmail is preferred.
