This is a high-visibility, cross-functional position embedded within a strategic initiative that touches virtually every part of the business. You will work at the intersection of data, strategy, and execution — partnering closely with product, engineering, sales, marketing, and partner teams to build the analytical foundation that drives marketplace growth. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and are passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable business insights, this role offers an exceptional opportunity to make a lasting impact from the ground up.

Develop robust data models in Snowflake and Sigma to measure the full partner lifecycle from onboarding through revenue generation
Analyze app usage, partner performance, funnel conversion, and customer behavior to inform strategic priorities and go-to-market execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, operations, and engineering teams to ensure data is captured, organized, and reported in a scalable way
Create and document repeatable processes that enable self-serve reporting, standardized metrics, and structured performance review cadences
Translate complex datasets into clear narratives and actionable recommendations for stakeholders and executive audiences
Support the migration of existing reporting infrastructure from legacy tools to modern platforms including Snowflake and Sigma
Identify growth opportunities within the partner ecosystem by surfacing trends and anomalies across marketplace data
Skills
Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated ability to wrangle and transform data from multiple disparate sources
Hands-on proficiency with Snowflake and Sigma for data modeling and dashboard development
Experience with Tableau or Looker as complementary BI and visualization tools
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to distill complex data into clear business narratives
Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management abilities
Comfort navigating ambiguity and operating independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
Strategic mindset with a track record of connecting data insights to go-to-market or product decisions
Familiarity with B2B marketplaces, SaaS partner ecosystems, or platform business models
Experience implementing reporting governance frameworks or scalable BI infrastructure is a strong plus
Exposure to API analytics, embedded app performance metrics, or telemetry data is a bonus
AI or machine learning experience is highly advantageous
Collaborative, team-oriented work style aligned with a people-first organizational culture
Experience
5 or more years of experience in business analytics, operations, or data strategy roles
Background in high-tech, SaaS, or platform business models strongly preferred
Proven experience designing and building production-grade dashboards and data models
Experience supporting GTM or product teams, particularly within partner ecosystems or marketplace environments
Prior exposure to Salesforce or similar enterprise CRM environments is a plus
