Job Summary:
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for transforming how businesses operate at scale? We are looking for a driven and innovative professional to join a high-impact team within the CIO Office, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Go-To-Market functions. In this role, you will serve as the essential bridge between high-level GTM strategy and seamless operational execution, working across the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. You will collaborate with a diverse group of stakeholders, including Business SMEs, Product Owners, technical developers, and policy makers, to define end-to-end processes, align business capabilities to GTM Value Streams, and ensure that the right systems are in place to power our sales engine. With a strong emphasis on AI-driven innovation and operational excellence, you will help build the foundational architecture that enables our GTM functions to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the holistic business view of capabilities required for Go-To-Market functions across the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
- Collaborate with Business SMEs to design end-to-end processes and identify cross-functional teams needed for execution
- Orchestrate and determine which systems will host key GTM processes, including CRM, CPQ, CLM, and other critical platforms
- Identify and integrate AI and automation opportunities to streamline the Lead-to-Cash journey and improve operational efficiency
- Act as a liaison between Business Product teams and Technical Product teams to ensure alignment between requirements and solutions
- Develop and maintain Business Process Models and Capability Maps to support architectural decision-making
- Diagnose process gaps and implement re-engineering solutions that achieve desired business outcomes
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of GTM architectural shifts and program delivery
- Influence policy owners and SMEs to drive process standardization across the organization
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously while managing ambiguity and competing priorities
- Support Agile and iterative program delivery in alignment with the GTM Next Program objectives

- Process Re-engineering: Mastery of re-engineering techniques to diagnose gaps and implement solutions that achieve desired business outcomes
- Technical Mapping: Strong capability in Business Process Modeling (BPMN) and Capability Mapping
- Adaptability: Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects simultaneously
- Influence: Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to influence policy owners and SMEs to drive process standardization
- Strategic Thinking: Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify the right system of record for complex end-to-end workflows
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to define and track KPIs that evaluate the success of GTM architectural shifts
Experience:
- 6 or more years of experience in Business Architecture, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy
- Deep understanding of GTM Value Streams and the Lead-to-Cash lifecycle
- Hands-on experience with GTM enablement tools, specifically CRM, CPQ, and CLM platforms are nice to have
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
