Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, attentive, and polished service to lounge and bar guests
- Take and deliver drink orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring consistency in presentation and quality
- Possess deep knowledge of the bar menu, wine list, spirits, and featured cocktails
- Offer thoughtful suggestions, upsells, and pairing recommendations based on guest preferences
- Maintain clean and well-prepared service stations, including tables and cocktail trays
- Collaborate with bartenders, servers, and support staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and grace, even in high-volume situations
- Follow all responsible alcohol service protocols and health and safety standards
- Process payments accurately and handle POS transactions
- 1-2 years of cocktail serving experience in a high-end or fine dining environment
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, and lounge etiquette
- Excellent communication, memory, and multitasking skills
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury setting
- Ability to remain poised under pressure and maintain high service standards
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
