Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and plate high-quality desserts and pastry items according to recipes and standards
- Support the pastry team in all aspects of production, mise en place, and service
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Contribute to new ideas and seasonal menu changes when appropriate
- Ensure consistent presentation and portioning of all pastry products
- Minimum 1 year of pastry experience in a fine dining or upscale high-volume restaurant
- Pastry Arts Degree or equivalent hands-on experience in a reputable pastry kitchen
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, plated desserts, and pastry production
- Fine dining experience is a plus; high-volume experience is highly preferred
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment under pressure
- Flexible schedule availability, with night shifts starting around 4:00 PM
