About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished SAP expert to join a high-impact customer transformation initiative. This position calls for a seasoned technical leader who can design and deliver cutting-edge SAP solutions that drive business outcomes. You will work at the forefront of enterprise platforms—architecting systems, shaping standards, and implementing solutions that transform customer operations.

What You’ll Do

• Architect & Innovate: Lead the design of enterprise-scale SAP architectures, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and adherence to best practices.
• Hands-On Engineering: Develop and deploy technical solutions that enhance product performance and operational efficiency across complex ecosystems.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product owners, developers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical designs.
• Quality & Standards: Conduct code and configuration reviews to uphold architectural guidelines, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Provide deep technical guidance to resolve issues, optimize workflows, and maintain system stability.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of emerging technologies—especially within the SAP ecosystem—and introduce innovations that strengthen platform capabilities.

• Maintain detailed inventories and configuration records for technology domains.
• Drive adherence to reference architectures and enterprise standards across teams.

• Oversee technology portfolio management and roadmap execution.
• Identify and mitigate technology risks while recommending future-state solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of IT product, platform engineering, or software development experience.
• Deep technical expertise implementing SAP systems, including hands-on proficiency with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Proven track record of designing system architectures and enforcing architectural standards.
• 5 years of experience in Salesforce development and SAP development.
• 5 years of building and managing integrations using APIs and Mulesoft.
• 7 years in senior architecture or engineering roles with enterprise-scale systems.
• Experience with legacy and modern computing architectures, technology cost management, and outsourced IT environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage risks, and contribute to strategic roadmaps.
