Key Responsibilities
- Direct several construction projects simultaneously, managing timelines, priorities, and field execution
- Lead project planning discussions to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and success measures
- Build detailed project schedules, identify major milestones, and track progress throughout each phase
- Coordinate on site activity and ensure alignment between contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets, support invoice tracking, and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and partner with teams to resolve issues quickly
- Communicate project updates clearly through meetings, reports, and ongoing stakeholder engagement
- Maintain thorough project records including notes, documentation, databases, and performance tracking tools
- Assign resources appropriately, support team productivity, and provide coaching when needed
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future project outcomes
- At least 5 years of hands on construction project management experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work in a fast paced field environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse groups and backgrounds
- Experience with project tracking tools such as Excel and Smartsheet or similar platforms
- Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and risk in complex project settings
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be considered
