Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Strategy
Facilitate planning sessions with internal stakeholders to define project scope, establish clear objectives, and develop actionable plans. Build detailed project roadmaps that include timelines, milestones, and measurable performance indicators.
Schedule & Milestone Management
Create and maintain comprehensive project schedules. Monitor progress against defined milestones and adjust plans as necessary to keep projects on track.
Risk Management & Problem Resolution
Identify potential risks early and implement strategies to minimize disruption. Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop practical solutions when issues arise.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary communication link between field teams, internal stakeholders, and project sponsors. Provide regular updates on project progress, key metrics, and emerging challenges.
Budget Oversight
Track project expenditures, monitor financial performance, and support cost-control efforts. Maintain clear documentation of invoices, budgets, and financial forecasts.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain organized project records including schedules, meeting notes, databases, and performance metrics. Ensure that accurate documentation is available to support project transparency and accountability.
Team Coordination & Development
Assign resources and guide team members through project phases. Provide coaching, support, and constructive feedback to help individuals perform effectively and grow professionally.
Continuous Improvement

Required Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum of five years of experience managing construction or field-based projects, with demonstrated success overseeing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Project Management Expertise
Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute projects while balancing schedules, budgets, and operational priorities.
Organizational Excellence
Exceptional ability to manage details, maintain documentation, and keep complex projects organized from start to finish.
Communication Skills

Proficiency with project management and planning tools such as Microsoft Excel and Smartsheet for scheduling, reporting, and data analysis.
Work Environment
This role is based at an active construction site in Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The position operates on a standard weekday schedule of Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with responsibilities focused on coordinating on-site activities and project execution.
