You will serve as the central leader responsible for aligning field operations, stakeholders, budgets, and timelines. From early planning through final delivery, you will ensure each phase of work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with performance expectations.

A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Relevant construction project management experience may be considered in place of formal education.

What You Will Lead
- Oversee multiple construction related projects simultaneously, managing each from early planning through closeout.
- Facilitate detailed planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, objectives, milestones, and success metrics.
- Develop comprehensive project schedules, establish key milestones, and monitor progress to ensure alignment with established goals.
- Track project costs, review invoices, and maintain budget accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and collaborate with cross functional partners to resolve issues quickly.
- Lead and coordinate project meetings, ensuring clear communication across contractors, engineers, vendors, and leadership.
- Maintain thorough documentation including project notes, schedules, financial records, and status updates.
- Provide consistent progress reports to sponsors and key stakeholders, highlighting performance, risks, and solutions.
- Assign resources strategically to ensure the right expertise is applied at each phase of the project.
- Coach and support team members, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Capture lessons learned and share best practices to strengthen future project execution.
- At least five years of construction project management experience with demonstrated success delivering field based projects.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Clear and confident communication skills, with experience leading meetings and coordinating diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project tracking and planning tools such as Excel and Smartsheets.
- Experience managing budgets, reviewing invoices, and maintaining financial visibility across projects.
- Ability to anticipate challenges, assess risk, and implement practical solutions.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with individuals from varied professional and cultural backgrounds.
