About The Role
We’re seeking a driven AR Collections Analyst to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in building strong customer relationships, reducing delinquency, and managing a full AR portfolio with integrity and precision. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to collect past-due accounts.
- Analyze root causes of delinquency and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Follow escalation procedures for non-responsive customers or problem accounts.
- Leverage technology, systems, and tools to achieve collection goals.
- Work cross-functionally to drive resolution of outstanding balances.
- Manage a full AR portfolio independently and effectively.
- High School Diploma required; Associates’ or Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred but not required.
- 1 year of collections and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite; strong skills in Excel (intermediate to advanced).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and accountability.
- High attention to detail with strong time management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to conduct root cause analysis and identify process improvements.
- Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Open to recent college graduates eager to grow their career.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour days with flexible start times between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM.
- Interviews will be conducted via Zoom.
